Return & Refund Policy
At AJ ART & GRAPHIC, HUDDA GIFT GALLERY & LAXMI CHAB DECORATION, most of our products are customized and made especially for you. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Damaged Products
If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process a damage claim, you must provide:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video
- Video showing the package before opening
- Clear proof of the damaged product
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a return, replacement or refund.
Refund & Replacement
After reviewing and approving the claim, we may offer:
- Replacement, if available, or
- Refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect details provided for customization
- Minor colour differences due to screen or lighting
- Normal handmade variations
- Damage caused after delivery or by improper handling
