We offer customized gifts, printing, creative designing and decoration products.

For personalized products, customers are responsible for providing the correct:

• Name and spelling
• Photos, text or design
• Product selection
• Quantity
• Other customization details

Once an order enters the customization or production process, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Product Appearance

We try our best to display product images and colours accurately. However, slight differences in colour, printing, finishing or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting and the handmade/customized nature of the product.

3. Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues or other valid reasons.

4. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide photos, logos, artwork, names or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that content.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided content.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customization time, courier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please provide a correct name, mobile number and complete delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except for eligible cases such as products damaged during delivery.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy our content or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

All website content, including images, designs, logos, text and graphics, belongs to us or our respective content owners and may not be copied without permission.
